Placing an order

Once an order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an acknowledgment email and details of confirmation to follow.  

Certificate of Authenticity

All prints will come with a Certificate of Authenticity, which you will receive along with your printed artwork in the post.

The Certificate of Authenticity is an official document that proves the prints or the original artwork are genuine and authentic, ensuring the artworks provenance, quality, and that the original was produced by Elicia McKenzie.

‍Acceptance of Prices

The placing of an order online, via email, in person or by phone constitutes acceptance of prices shown on our website or in quote for commissioned artwork, and you will be held liable for the full order value.

Should there be any uncertainty regarding the credibility of a submitted payment, we reserve the right to suspend the order in question until further inspection is complete.

‍Delivery

All deliveries of artwork will be delivered via a person or business contracted by us and will be a ‘signed for service’.

Original and commissioned artwork will be delivered in protective packaging and delivered via tracking service, which is not included in the price displayed on website.

Artwork prints without a finishing such as a frame, will be delivered rolled if larger then A4 size (29.7 x 21 cm) or flat for prints smaller then A4, in protective packaging.

All artworks will be delivered to the delivery address specified, if the carrier service or representatives working on our behalf are unable to gain access to the delivery address or delivery is delayed due to any act or omission of the client, you will be held liable for any additional delivery costs incurred as a result of rearranged delivery.

We will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the delivery.

Charges

Charges for postage, packing and delivery are not included with original or commissioned orders. For all oversees orders, the customer or commissioned client is responsible for all customs and all related costs and expenses payable on any international transaction

Despatch of Art Work

All art goods (original, commissioned or print artwork) will be despatched upon cleared receipt of payment or final payment for commissioned artwork, and we aim to deliver within 10 working days of full payment clearing.

Covid-19 Delays

Please note, that some deliveries may experience delays of up to two working days due to the current pandemic, we appreciate your patience in these circumstances.  

Errors on an order resulting in missing art goods

Whilst we make every effort to identify obvious errors on an order, all delivery information contained within your order must be accurate and exact and we will not accept liability for missed or inaccurate information resulting in the missing art goods.

Returns or refund of artwork:

Original Artwork

If you are unhappy about your purchase of an original artwork, you will need to email info@eliciamckenzie.com informing us of this and return the artwork you have purchased within 10 consecutive days of delivery. You will be responsible for arranging the safe return of the artwork at your own cost and must include insurance against any damage done to the artwork in your procession or during transport to artist.

Once artwork is received, it will be inspected and subject to the artwork being in the same condition as it was shipped your refund will be initiated, via the original payment method excluding shipping charges and any bank charges.

Print artwork

As all of our prints are made to order, in the event that you wish to cancel or amend an order please email info@eliciamckenzie.com within 24 hours of purchase. If you fail to do so you could be held liable for payment.

Commissioned artwork

As this is a bespoke service and commissioned artwork are made to the client’s requirements as agreed with the artist in the initial stages; the client waives any right to a return or full refund for a custom made product,including any framing if applicable at completion. More details about commissioned artwork and its process are provided during the enquiry stage,where further discussion can take place.

Copyright of all artwork

The copyright of all artwork created or reproduced by the artist or an agreed contractor, is owned by Elicia McKenzie.

All prices and sale prices quoted in person, via email or published on website for original art work, commissioned art work or prints are subject to variation at any time prior to acceptance your order
